Alex Kozinski

Alex Kozinski has been given a warning by the judges’ panel of federal court for showing a stupidly irresponsible attitude by giving a very poor decision of placing specific videos and photos of sexual material on the internet server without keeping in mind that the public can easily access this server. Alex is working in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal of U.S. as chief judge.

Panel written in its opinion that behavior of Kozinski had established a controversy in general public that can practically be seen as it has become an embarrassment for the federal judiciary institution. The panel opinion was written by the Chief Judge of 3 rd Circuit Court of Appeal of U.S., Mr. Anthony J. Scirica.

However the action of Kozinski is not against the conduct of judicial constitute therefore by giving a public warning, the disciplinary trial should come to an end, written in the panel opinion. The hearing was conducted in a closed door room. Alex Kozinski admitted that the federal judiciary embarrassment has been caused by him and for this he had made an apologized. He further assured that he will be careful in future to avoid any repetition of error.

The panel opinion also narrated that Kozinski has admitted that the material he was maintaining on his internet server was very demanding, gross and offensive. Further in the opinion it was said that public may have get a misimpression that Kozinski has a demeaning approach towards the women.
