Amber Frey

Amber Frey’s life story is not too different from many other innocent women who were deceived by males with charismatic and alluring personas. This time around, a young beautiful aspiring massage therapist is seduced and lured into a relationship by Scott Peterson, an outlaw, wanted by investigation & law enforcement agencies for the murder of his wife who was 8 months into the couple’s first pregnancy.

Born to Brenda and Ron Frey on the 10th of February in the year 1975, Amber Frey saw her parents go through a divorce at the young age of five. A native of Los Angeles, she graduated in 1993 from Clovis High School where after she not only enrolled at Fresno City College but also earned an Associates of Arts in child development from the same institution.

She got acquainted with Scott Peterson in late November of 2002 after both individuals were introduced to each other by a common friend Shawn Sibley. Sibley was Amber’s best friend at that point in time and had met Peterson at a business conference conducted in California.

Both Amber and Scott seemed to get along perfectly fine on their first date, with the duo going to a karaoke bar after dining out. The duo is known to have become intimate the very same night as per details revealed by Frey herself. Peterson’s displayed affection for Amber’s daughter Ayianna was what deluded her most about the man.

However, only 6 weeks into the “relationship”, Amber Frey was tipped of by another friend Richard Byrd (employed as a homicide detective in Fresno) about Peterson’s true marital status and him being under speculation for the murder of his wife. From this point on, Amber teamed with the law enforcement agency and was a key figure in bringing Peterson to trial in 2005 during which he was sentenced to be executed via lethal injection.
