The technological world has been waiting anxiously for a wondrous product to be launched by Apple Inc. which was earlier announced by the Apple authorities. Apple iPad is believed to be a small in size and handy computer. The actual name of the Apple iPad has not yet been declared. The media has called Apple iPad with different names like Tablet Computer or iTab, iPad, iSlate etc. Presently Amazon.com is considered to be electronic library for internet users. Therefore, there is speculation in the press that Apple iPad will affect business of Amazon.com adversely. This amazing technical device is expected to be made public in the instant month i.e. January.

Apple Inc. is a multi-national company of the USA. It is involved in designing and manufacturing of high-tech hardware and software for electronic products. The most popular products of the company are Macintosh, iPod, iPhone, Mac OSX operating system and iLife etc. The company’s sale points are available in nine countries. Besides, its products are also sold online. Its work force consists of thirty five thousands competent and hard working employees. As per financial reports, the Company has recorded annual sales of around US$ 43 billions during the last fiscal year.

Apple Inc. was established in 1976 in California, USA. Subsequently, it was incorporated in the corporate world in 1977. The business of the Apple Inc. has even shown better results in the prevalent recession. Like the General Electric Company, the Apple Inc. has also posted earnings. Thus, it is hoped that fiscal reports of other big conglomerates will also be encouraging, thereby helping in reducing the impact of the current recession. The newly created Apple’s iPad will also play its role in attracting huge business in future.
