David Goldman Sean

The custody case of the 9 yr. old boy has been withdrawn from the courts by his mother’s native family belonging to Brazil. The case was filed to stop David Goldman Sean, the father from getting permission to take the child. The final encounter between the two parties went late till night on Tuesday, and final Dave Goldman Sean won. This decision brought a 5 yr. long battle between b/w the step and real father of the child Sean Goldman. It is high time that the mother and stepfather of the child accept the fact that they have no more options left to pursue and just have to let the child go.

Silvana Bianchi, the grandmother of the boy has put forth a request that she would like to meet David Goldman Sean before the handing over took place, so she could rule out her concerns and the transfer would be was done respectfully. She wants to discuss the interests of Sean so he remains happy, as he has been away from David Goldman Sean since 2004.

Sean’s mom passed ended up in the grave when he was born. The mother’s side has tried their level best in these five years to keep the child away from his reach except for two court meetings. They had given the impression that the father wanted to take the child to US which would affect the child in a harmful manner.

Hopefully, the Brazilian side of the child can spend another Christmas with Sean. The father has been more sympathetic and stated that his half brothers and sisters can meet him anytime, but that is surely to take place in the US, definitely!
