David Solnick

With his practice focused on projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, David Solnick is an architectural mastermind whose ingenious creations have drawn much appreciation and appeal. Sensitivity towards the environment, utilization of open space, local substance and innate illumination are the highlight of various projects he has completed and is currently working on.

According to David, the material for the exterior is chosen cautiously with a key emphasis on respect for neighboring residences. Mean while, the material for the structure’s interior are sure to be wallet-friendly, cost effective and should be a source of comfort and radiance.

From any project’s conception, his team works closely with prospects & clients and provides a 3 Dimensional (3D) demo of the final structure using the sophisticated modeling software ArchiCAD.

Going unconventional in all facets of the profession, David Solnick has even worked on a commission basis. In his words, he equally enjoys working on his clients’ projects and public benefit assignments. A MIT graduate, David Solnick studied the outdoors for verification of decent designing.

For the establishment of good lighting, he integrates the surrounding foliage, neighboring & surrounding houses, the sight and the sun’s position. Not only conscious of the surroundings, A MIT graduate, David greatly values the material he uses for his projects. David Solnick states that true satisfaction is derived from producing “more out of less”.

His personal residence has a hundred (100) windows, each positioned to captivate the sun’s lighting. He has received scores of compliments from various passing by individuals for the beauty his house radiates.
