As professionals, all of us want & dream that our respective careers be full of achievements & successes and that they should end on a high; a low is definitely not something that people look forward to with regards to their careers.

But the latter case has been observed taking place more than just frequently with regards to the many men & women associated with the admin of the United States of America; across multiple departments and all sorts of designations. Take the example of the veteran Dennis Blair who has now been forced to tender his acquiescence from his designation as Director of the United States of America’s National Intelligence. Being in the designation for a good sixty mths now, experts and political gurus were of the opinion that Dennis Blair had failed to produce the results and bring about the changes that were expected of him; keeping his vast experience with
