The “Dr Oz 90-Day Diet” is an extension in the” Dr. Oz Diet”, which were previously the diet recommendations by the same writer. Dr. Oz’s recommendations for the person’s health and the well being is particularly based on the different nutritious food choices as well as a moderate ‘physical fitness’ as it is seen and heard in various public places, including numerous news programs at national level and in Oprah. Dr. Oz made some modification with the help of few twists in his recommendations which are usually added and deleted here & there.

“The 90-Day Live Longer, Fee Younger Plan” by Dr. Oz, is a diet program that focuses on the changes in the lifestyle healthfully. Nutrition, being the first are of these changes, suggests that what things are to avoid putting in the body at any cost and what things are to include in the regular daily or weekly food intakes. The second and an equally important ‘component’ of strategy are the physical activity regularly which includes, stretching, toning, strengthening and cardio.

According to the authors, Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, there are some specific food items which make a person to get age faster and to get the sicker in a younger age. They have recommended a list of the foods to avoid in everybody’s diet and include sugar, high fructose Corn syrup, saturated fats, white flour and hydrogenated fats. The recommend food items include the use of healthy oils, nuts, pomegranates, spinach, tomato sauce and the garlic.

In addition to this dietary control, Dr. Oz has recommended a walk for minimum 30 minutes on daily basis in addition to an advice of yoga and the strength training.
