Farrah Fawcett

Farrah Fawcett is an American actress. She was born at 2nd of February 1947. Her hairstyle was sex symbol for millions of young men and was emulated by millions of young women in 1970s and 80s. She participated in the challenging movies.

Farrah Fawcett was born in Texas. She has two elder sisters. Farrah is also an Arabic word means “Joy”. Her original name was Ferrah and later changed into Farrah. She attended Pershing Middle School in Texas which is now Magnet School for fine arts. She is graduated in 1965 from W B. Ray High School. She was member of Delta Delta Delta organization in University of Texas at Austin.

In the beginning of 1970s Farrah Fawcett was doing TV commercials.
In April of 1976 a poster company heard about this young and beautiful model and contracted with her agent at that time named Rick Hersh.

In September of 1976, Farrah was playing the character Jill Munroe in first episode of the TV series and same time her swimsuit poster was released and for sale. It made a record of 12 million copies sale.
