FIU Stabbing

Kendall Berry the football player was killed in FIU stabbing incident last night. According to initial investigations by the he police Berry had a hot argument with someone near the training area. The unknown person stabbed him during the argument according to eye witnesses. Berry was taken to the hospital where succumbed to the wounds. According to university sources he was 22 and a 6ft tall handsome guy. The football practice has been suspended at the campus after FIU stabbing.

Counseling sessions have been arranged for the football players. The management has not made any announcements about the spring game that was scheduled for coming Wednesday. Berry was mourned by the university students the tv coverage of the FIU stabbing site showed many students in a state of shock and grief.

The university has informed his family about the tragic incident and the university president has wowed to find out the killer while offering his condolence message.

Berry’s aggrieved mother described her son as a mediator who could not be enraged into a fight. Berry had seven siblings. He was commemorated as a bright student and an excellent player. He had played all 12 games in 2007 season but could not play in the next season because of knee injury. Last year he had played well as a runner back and was instrumental in win over North Texas.

FIU stabbing is the first violent incident at the campus. Police has not identified any suspects and none of the interviewed students were kept in custody.
