Flu Shot Finder

Flu shot finder has been launched on Tuesday November 10, 2009 by Google. This is an online tool developed by Google to find those locations where H1N1 and seasonal influenza vaccinations are available across the United States. This newly launched service is online which can be visited at http://www.google.com/flushot/ and soon this service could also be found on the official website http://www.flu.gov .

According to the internet giant based in California, flu shot finder service will also be available on some other websites like the American Lung Association. This is just a beginning of this totally new project and details of the flu shot clinics have still not been received by us about many locations, said by Jennifer Haroon and Roni Zeiger of Google in a blog post.

Flu-tracking tool developed by Google was expanded by including sixteen more countries in the month of October. This tool helps to determine the spread of notably swine flu, influenza and the virus of H1N1 which has been declared as the global pandemic by the World Health Organization earlier this year. Many countries are now the part of this list of Google Flu Trends in which Russia, Japan and several European countries are also included.

The same flu shot finder information has also been made available online at http://www.google.org/flutrends/ by the California Internet powerhouse who is available in thirty seven different languages. Flu Trends had already been expanded by the Google last November in which Mexico, Australia and New Zealand were included since the launch of this free tool.
