Fred Rouse

Fred Rouse was born on 17th December 1984. He is currently playing for the “Concordia College” as the wide receiver. He has played formerly for UTEP, Florida State University and Lincoln High School football teams. A 24-years-old football player Fred Rouse was expelled by Bobby Bowden (his head coach of Florida State University) back in 2006 from the program of “Florida State Football” for contributing in the unfavorable conduct to the football team’s welfare.

Investigations called “Outside the Lines” will mainly focus on the standards of academic support of the football program at the Florida State University and commentary of the former wide receiver (Fred Rouse) of the university will be the featured item during investigations. He recently appeared on a series that is presented by ESPN.com named “Outside the Line” on December 13, 2009.

This series has started from the last weekend on Sunday, 13th December and the focus of the series is to examine different issues that are being faced by the NCAA. The episode of this Sunday was on the issue of Florida State University where around sixty one sportsperson were supposedly involved in a scandal of academic fraud. Access to tutors and test answers can also be granted in some cases during this investigation.

It has been charged by the NCAA that major violations of the rules have been done by Florida State University and therefore football scholarships would be reduced by the university. Before joining to the team of Concordia College, Fred Rouse was playing with UTEP Miners.
