John Krasinski

Working with veterans and seasoned actors can be nerve wrecking and bring out the nervous being in any other young actor. Testifying to that fact is no other than the charming John Krasinski. The gleaming face on the popular sitcom “The Office”, John Krasinski will be seen cast opposite to experienced actors like Meryl Streep, Steve Martin and the voracious Alec Baldwin in the upcoming flick “It’s Complicated” due for release on Christmas (Dec 25th).

In fact his versatility and the personality comfort he offers to his colleagues played a key factor in getting John Krasinski more scenes that were originally planned for. But when director and producer Nancy Meyer realized how helpful John was filling the missing links, she decided to upgrade his participation level.

The movie revolves around the almost “weird” relationship between Jane (played by Meryl Streep) and her former domestic partner Jake (played by Alec Baldwin) as they are trying to work out reconciliation without being totally explicit about it. John Krasinski comes in portraying Jane’s future son-in-law.

He is seen sharing both intimate and hilarious moments with the seniors Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin. He does confess that he was absolutely nervous and that it might even be evident to viewers from his facial expressions. At one point he is sitting in the restroom with Jake and getting lessons on how to smoke a blunt properly from the senior.

For Krasinski, “It’s Complicated” is just another flick with a relation-mending theme since he already has ‘License to Wed’ and ‘Away We Go’ to his credit.
