Maria Besedina Rape

Maria Besedina raped by two subway guys. It happed in New York’s subway station. The victim Maria Besedina (25 years old) said two New York Sub Way guys failed when she was brutally attacked in 2005. They called the police and did nothing else. New York Post reported that judge decision; there is no negligence on the Subway guys part.

I n detail Maria Besedina said that she was riding train on 7th of June 2005 then another rider started touch her feet. He followed her to the Station stop and dragged her to the stairwell. She started the screaming and yelling, Help! Helpppp! But she realized that he is only watching me, it’s Okay and nothing else. A conductor is also witness of attack from the window of train. She said that her attacker bring her over the tracks “I was just thinking that I am going to die”; she said.

By the time police cop reach there, the attacker escaped, so no one is arrested as suspects.

Maria Besedina said she continuously suffering from extreme anxiety from the incident. She also told that she has planned to appeal the judge ruling.
