Navy Seals Court Martial

Three Navy officers have left the US army in a shock when they asked for grant of a court martial individually. The trio has been charged with allegations of involvement in an assault. The three Navy Seals were convicted for torturing and capturing an Iraqi whose involvement in terrorist activities has been proved. But the strange fact was that instead of arresting the rebel they were led to the court rooms.

The Iraqi, Ahmed Hashim Abed has been participating in activities that involve the death and damage to the secret agency of the US BlackWater, as four guards of the agency were killed and their bodies were further tortured afterwards in 2004 in Fallujah.

The trio of Julio Huertas, Jonathan Keefe and Mathew McCabe arrested the Iraqi on basis of different informations by sources that he now planned the murder of the three Navy Seals. Ahmed whose nick name for the plan had been Objective Amber was arrested by the three men, and then he had beaten by them. While

interrogation was in progress Ahmed showed his bloody lip as proof.

The Navy men have been brought to the court room for disabusing power given to them. Matthew McCabe has been blamed for stating false statements, failing to protect a detainee and for abuse. The other two men have been charged for failing to fulfill their duties and providing misled official statements.

The trio has put forth a request that they be given separate court martial’s instead of criminal charges; all three Navy Seal’s will be presented before the court individually on 7th of December.
