Nityanand Gopalika

An Indian engineer has been arrested by the police in the state of Pennsylvania asking for sex to young girls and most probably it would be first case involving an Indian of this type. He was using internet for the purpose. The Indian engineer has been identified. His name is Nitvanand Gopalika and he is of 30. Natively he is an Indian and living in U.S. as an engineer on work visa.

Tom Corbett the Attorney General of Pennsylvania State said in a statement that an internet chat room was used by the Gopalika to approach a thirteen years old girl for sex who is living in Pittsburgh area. This girl was actually a secret agent working for the Child Predator Unit.

Attorney General of the Child Predator Unit filed a criminal complaint against Nityanand Gopalika and according to this complaint Nityanand has a series of chats for several times with this girl asking about her experience of sex and he also described his wishes of sex he wanted to engage in. two videos made through web came were also sent by Gopalika to this girl in which he was nude.

When he reached to meet the girl on the pre-decided meeting place at Butler county Pennsylvania in Cranberry Township, police arrested Gopalika on July 1. Preliminarily Gopalika was charged on July 1 and locked in the Jail of Butler County. Bail amount was set as USD $15,000 cash bill. The next hearing of the case was set as 24th July.
