Petcentric

Petcentric is a National Dog Show and is as much popular as the Parade of Macy Thanksgiving Day. This event was held on November 14, 2009. More than two thousand dogs in over 150 breeds were the feature of this event that gathered to compete in this National Dog Show. Three brand new breeds in which Norwegian Buhund, Irish Red and White Setter and the Pyrenean Shepard were included, participated for the very first time in the Purina Petcentric National Dog Show of 2009.

All time favorite called bulldog Uli was also the part of the participants this year. Wayne Ferguson, an announcer told about the new breeds that were added in this year’s event that there have been around 3 to 4 years that we have gone through the event without the inclusion of any new breed but in this year’s Petcentric National Dog Show we have added three new breeds.

The show was filmed on November 14, 2009 and was held at the Expo Center of Greater Philadelphia but yesterday it was on air for the people to enjoy their favorite show on the Thanksgiving Day. There was a lot of competition between the breeds and dogs this year as top ranked show dog of America competed against the Scottish Terrier Sadie.

Jill Taylor, the associate manager of the brand marketing, strategic and corporate at Purina shared the details of this Purina Petcentric competition and said that the lighter side of the pet ownership is Petcentric and the things are being presented from the point of views of the pet. She added that to provide a lot of fun in this event is our best aim.
