Rosemary Port

Since the activity of writing blogs has come into being, billions of people all round the globe use blog as a platform to express their opinions and thoughts as well as a medium that allows exchange of information. Usually, the bloggers write in the flow and forget to take into account the decency in language; which can often lead to unpleasant consequences.

Rosemary Port is a twenty nine year old blogger from New York City. She is a student of fashion designing at Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC. Rosemary’s blogs are published on Bloggers and read widely. Google purchased Bloggers in the annum ’03 from Pyra Labs. The previous year, Rosemary Port wrote on a Canadian model Liskula Cohen. In the article she highlighted tainted features of her personality which naturally offended the model. Extremely hurt and infuriated, Liskula went to Google headquarters and asked for the identity of the anonymous blogger. Google, after much impedance disclosed the blogger’s identity. Not only this, Google also published the whole story on the web.

The Canadian fashion model Liskula Cohen sued Rosemary Port for tarnishing her image on the web and charged her with fifteen million American dollars. Rosemary is extremely mad at Google for unraveling her identity on the grounds that it is the responsibility of Google to maintain the privacy of its users and she sued Google for fifteen million American dollars. Rosemary told that model Liskula has besmirched herself by reporting the matter to Google. The time she came across the blog, it has only two hits: one from herself and other from Liskula. Bloggers, be very careful when you write about someone because you do not want to ruin your hard earned reputation on the web.
