Sammy Sosa Before and After

Well as many speculations suggested, the legendary Sammy Sosa has indeed been adopting measures to bleach and lighten the color of his skin. The former Chicago Cub and baseball great has come forth with acceptance of the fact that he uses a certain ointment before going to sleep at night. The ointment’s primary use is to maintain the softness of his skin. However, the ointment is also acting as a bleaching agent.

According to the home runs record holder, he was using the same ointment while he was active as a Major League Baseball (MLB) player but since he was out in the sun a lot, the ointment did not reveal the same effects it has been doing lately.

During a news conference Sammy Sosa was asked if he was trying to replicate the doings of the King of Pop Michael Jackson. Replying to the interrogation Sammy Sosa said he surely was not trying to do anything similar to Michael Jackson. He said he greatly admired and respected the widely acclaimed musician but definitely is not adopting the lifestyle of a racist.

Although he accepted the fact that the ointment had lightened his skin to an extent, yet the flash during photography sessions made his glow more than it does in real life. When inquired about the green contact lenses, Sammy Sosa said he just felt like doing something different for a change and had no intentions of living a fake or superficial life.

The baseball great claimed he and his family has been taken back by the uproar his personal life preferences have caused in the public.
