Sammy Sosa Face Change

After drawing much controversy over the last few days over the change in his skin color, Sammy Sosa is finally ready to make a televised appearance when he will be interviewed by Tony Dundrades on the ‘Primer Impacto’ show. The Univision production will broadcast a 2 part interview with Sammy Sosa presenting his part of the case.

In a recent photograph shoot, Sammy Sosa was caught looking a lot whither than his normal dark skin color. In addition to a light toned skin, the former baseball player was also caught sporting green colored contact lenses.

When inquired about the change in his appearance, Sammy Sosa’s initial statement was found attributing the change to a skin softening cream he uses. By the time the investigation came around for the second time, the former Chicago Cub player said he uses a “skin bleaching” cream before going to bed every night.

His statements were supported by one his former colleague Rebecca Polihronis. As the Cub’s former staffing manager, Rebecca Polihronis got to spend a lot of time with Sosa and said that even though his recent photographs might portray a light skinned Sosa, the baseball legend was in reality experiencing a common phenomena known as the ’skin rejuvenation process’.

Sammy Sosa, who turns 41 on the 15th day of November, said he has been using the ointment for a long time. However, its effects had not become prominent till now since he spent a lot of time out in the sun during his active years as a baseball professional.
