Susan Dey

Susan Dey was missing from the cast of “The Partridge Family” when all the cast of this one of the most favorite sitcoms of the early 70s reunited on Tuesday morning on the television. The cast of “The Partridge Family” appeared being part of the series of “Great TV Families Reunited” on the popular morning show “Today Show”.

Every cast member of the “The Partridge Family” was there except Susan Dey. She had played the role of Laurie Partridge (eldest daughter in the series) but she was missed so much by everyone present in the show. Danny Bonaduce who faced legal troubles and drug addiction, was also there in the show for reunion. A widow and five kids of that widow were the center of the show “Partridge Family” which was on aired in 1970s.

Susan Dey was born in Pekin, Illinois on 10th of December 1952. She has played several roles in the television series and films as well but the role of Laurie Partridge (eldest daughter) which was played by her in famous television sitcom “The Partridge Family” in the 1970s, have become the main identity of this great actress among her fans.

Another role of Grace Van Owen which was played by Susan Dey in a dramatic series of the television “L.A. Law” being a judge and assistant district attorney of the California is also very famous character among her fans. This show was on aired from 1986 to 1992. She got married in 1976 to Lenny Hirshan but divorced each other in 1981. Sarah Hirshan is the only kid the couple had who was born in 1978.
