The callous Tommy Lynn Sells murdered his first victim before he had become an adult – at only 16 years of age. Upon his arrest, Sells willingly turned himself in to the police, even led them to his preferred weapon and also redemonstrated his last act. Texas Rangers who went to arrest Sells said that he was thankful to them for arresting him as he had grown tired of living the life of a callous executioner.
